- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for our customers to send a picture of the Model & Serial number along with a picture of the front of the appliance. This allows us bring parts so that we are well prepared to fix your appliance rapidly within 24hrs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Major Appliance Technician, from Miami Dade Technical College. I have been trained from the best teacher who has more than 40 years of experience. Also I have previously worked for the most amazing boss who has been in business since the 80's, I spent my ten year with them.
