Terry, (Gray Handyman and Fence Services) was working at our friends across the street when I spoke with him about replacing a window. He came right over to look at the project, provided an estimate later that afteroon and replaced the window per our requests. Also Terry added new siding to match the existing James Hardie Board with trim and paint. Everything looks AWESOME!!!

Mr Gray is a reliable handyman who I have used twice for projects around my home. He spends time ahead of his arrival planning the project and always brings a helper for heavy lifting and ideas. He listens to what I want done and how I want the finished project to look and strives to make me happy. Shows up when he says he will, unlike a lot of other handymen. Trustworthy.

Terry is an amazing and talented handy man! He was responsive, efficient, and incredibly reasonable for the quality of work he performed. He is definitely a perfectionist and is proud of his work but is also one of the nicest gentlemen you will ever meet! Not only did we find OUR handy man, carpenter, and craftsman, but we also made a new fiend. If you have any work that falls in his realm, do yourself a favor and hire Terry. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give a 10% military discount with proof. Our prices are extremely competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I reach a customer or the customer calls me, I set up an appointment to come out and look at the job. And then I give them a free estimate. Tell them how much materials and labor will cost. And then we set up a date for the project and discuss the timeline and how long the project will take to complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have any formal education on being a handyman. I got started in the construction business about 15 years ago. It started out as a hobby. I have a cousin that is a master carpenter. And he taught me everything he knows. And then after I retired a few years back and moved to Florida from Texas, I decided to do something I love- which is carpentry and construction.
