I have been working on a deadline and out of nowhere my new desktop started giving me DNS error messages. I tried everything I could do myself and when that didn’t work, I went to Thumbtack to find someone ASAP. Richard at Primed got back to me within minutes and was at my house in just over an hour. The problem was diagnosed quickly and solved just as fast. I was able to get back to work sooner than I thought possible. This was a great experience.

Richard was awesome in his early response enabling me to set aside any anxiety as he assured me he would diagnose my laptop and go with me to buy a replacement and then transfer/download data. He did a wonderful job and outside of my needing to fine tune minor things after he left, I was left up and running the same day! I can't recommend him enough.
