- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are flexible and aim to be as competitive as possible for our scanning and digitizing services. If the set rates on our website don't work for you, let us know and we'll try to accommodate! Our Repair and Restoration services prices are based on an initial evaluation of your photo from an emailed mobile phone shot. I will supply a free estimate asap. If necessary, I will reach out and we can have a more Indepth conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our orders are conducted from our website. Special concerns or custom orders are welcome. As soon as we receive your materials, we'll let you know it's been received, and keep you updated on the progress of your order!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience in the digital arts, creating marketing materials for many Fortune 500 companies such as Snapple, Mr. Coffee, Sunbeam, Oster and NUK. I have been creating and enhancing photographic images for just as long and would like to repair and restore your valuable family photos!
