Florida Cooling Group earned more stars than the 5 Star Max Google allows! As a new Hillsboro Mile owner, I was recommended to reach out to Charlie at FCG for my HVAC maintenance service. I informed Charlie I was interested in a maintenance service and I would like him to perform an overhaul system inspection of my unit. Charlie listened to my concerns, and at the end of our call, he scheduled me in for a service call the following day! Charlie truly came through in less than a 24hr turnaround from my initial call! After completing the preventative service maintenance of my HVAC system, he offered BOTH the professional repair and replace options for my coming to age system! I agreed to perform the recommended repair work, and my unit is working great! Both Charlie and his technician Richie were so transparent with their work performance, they will be the ONLY company I will call for all my HVAC service and Maintenace needs! I called Charlie for an appointment to repair an issue I had with my AC and got an appointment for the same day! Technician who came was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived at the time he said he would and did a great job! I would definitely recommend this Florida Cooling anytime!

These guys were great. FL cooling installed a new air conditioner for us, handled all the permits and inspections, and made the whole process really easy. Showed up on time, super responsive, and did a great job from start to finish. They even included a year of service for free, which was a really nice bonus. Just great guys all around highly recommend!
