Let me save you some time if you are looking to have your pool serviced. Choose another company than this one. I hired this team when they came the guy and girl barely spoke to me they quoted me and I agreed to the price. However. I hired them on 2/27 for a pool clean up. Cameron is the individual that was working on my pool I should’ve known better when he didn’t have an industrial pool vacumn. He came 5xs and all at 5:30 or later to work on the pool for an hour. I’ve tried messaging them through thumbtack and through the number he’s been reaching out on and no response. They have taken my money and stopped communicating, my pool is in the same state it was when I hired him. Which makes no sense. I have reached out to get a refund but I am sure I won’t recieve a response for that either. Pro tip: don’t waste your time with this company.
