- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront pricing for almost everything we do. Once we give you a price we do not change that price. You don't have to worry about getting hit with a bill that you did not agree on before we started the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand that some customers don't know what they need or want. That is why our process includes giving them professional advice to help them with price, looks and safety issues .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Electrician with over 26 yrs of experience in Commercial ,Residential installations.
