- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally don't offer discounts as our service is difficult to offer. We do occasionally run specials for upgrades to services, so be sure to ask your service representative about any specials we may be running.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll set up an in home consultation in which all employees will be wearing proper PPE (masks). We will also reach out prior to coming to your home and ask if there are any extra precautions you'd like us to take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer a combined 40+ years of experience in our field, and all of our management level is certified by the Koala Insulation Franchise.
