After calling on Alex via phone, my call was almost immediately returned; I outlined my project then we made plans to meet on site later that day; Alex was right on time. He and I walked the property as I explained the project goals and Alex took notes. At the end of our tour, Alex and I negotiated a very fair price for his firm's services, and the deal was closed. Alex, Jordan and crew arrived right on time the day we had agreed upon; They worked hard all day into dusk going above and beyond oiginal scope per my request (which resulted in no additional charges). At the end of the day, Jacob arrived with his huge 6 cubic yd debris collection truck, and proceded to fill it to its maximun capacity; Alex and his team raked subsequent leavings into piles that Jacob also collected. Herricks Tree Service is a small owner operated business' Alex, the owner, is "hands on" typically on site as work is undertaken so that he can be available for any change orders or whatever; thry that with a large, corporate tree firm. I will definately look to Herricks team and Alex for future Tree sevices, and I strongly recommend them for delivering high quality service at a reasonable price. Thank you Hendricks !

Floyd came out and assessed the job while listening to what I wanted. On the day they came out he and his crew trimmed my out of control oak tree exactly how I envisioned it. They were friendly, and professional and would STRONGLY recommend them for you tree cutting/trimming needs

Alex and Jordan were right on time for our meeting. They listened attentively as I outlined the scope of work. They also made some good suggestions for some issues I did not realize, which I took. Alex and his colleague were amazing! He responded immediately and came out to trim my palms. They cleaned up what they cut and more even blowing off anywhere debris may have fallen. Very friendly, professional and affordable!!! Definitely will use again and refer to anyone I know!
