Sonia is amazing and is an incredible yoga instructor and life coach. Her sessions are definitely worth it! Out of every yoga class I have done, Sonia’s has been my favorite. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, attentive, and patient. I originally wanted to sign up for 5 private classes with Sonia, but then after just the first session, I wanted to sign up for 10 because she and her moving energy yoga is so inspiring. I felt more meditated In her sessions than I do at home. My yoga journey with Sonia so far has really changed me. She has guided me and always answered all my questions and very responsive. I also love how she is all about the plant based because I have transitioned to plant based ever since starting with her with her guidance. I would not recommend anyone better than Sonia for a life coach or a private yoga instructor. If you have not tried her privates, I recommend to do so. ❤️❤️❤️🧘🏻♀️
