Introduction
I’m an RYT-200 certified yoga instructor with over 13 years of teaching experience. I’ve been practicing yoga for 20 + years. I genuinely care about my client’s needs and helping them reach their health goals. I will customize your class according to your specific ailments or health issues you’re wanting to work on. I also offer classes where I use 100% certified therapeutic grade essential oils and offer assistance on how to incorporate them into your daily wellness routine. In my classes you will learn how to breathe and connect with your body as well as relieve stress and anxiety. You will also improve your flexibility and overall health and notice the changes after only a few sessions. I offer a free yoga assessment / meet and greet to see if we’re a good fit for each other.

Our experience couldn’t have been better! The yoga session was truly the icing on top of our trip. She accommodated every person in our group and was open to any location at the house. One member even cried from releasing her emotions — highly recommend!

I could not say enough about how grateful I am for the time Brenda spent with my group. She donated her time to help out a struggling Oxford women and children's house that held a fundraiser to raise money to keep it from falling behind. In a sober house, you should never have to worry if your living arrangements are in jeopardy. The focus should be on your recovery and learning to live again. Having people like Brenda help such an amazing cause keeps these women in a safe environment with their children as they learn to live again. Not only was donating her time generous, but she allowed these ladies a much needed relaxation with her amazing beginners session. Brenda is truly special and I am beyond blessed to have had the opportunity to collaborate with her.

Brenda is amazing! She makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I wasn't sure if I was ready for a yoga studio but really wanted to dive into the practice and it has been wonderful. She works with your level and ability and caters sessions to what you're looking for. I definitely recommend giving her a try!
