- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, my process typically starts with a 30 min discovery call. This is where we get to know each other and discuss your goals, concerns, and expectations. I'll also gather information about your background, current situation, and any challenges you may be facing. Next, we'll work together to set specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound (SMART) goals that you want to achieve. I'll use different assessment tools such as personality tests and assessments of communication style to help you understand your strengths and weaknesses and where you need to focus your development. Once we have a clear understanding of your goals and where you're starting from, we'll develop an action plan that outlines the specific steps you need to take to achieve your goals. We'll schedule regular coaching sessions, usually once a week, during which I'll provide guidance, support, and feedback as you work towards achieving your goals. Throughout the process, I'll regularly review your progress and provide feedback on your progress. We'll celebrate together when you've reached your goals. Please keep in mind that this is a general outline and the specifics of how we work together may vary depending on your individual needs.
