My 71 year old home needed additional support for sagging floors. Mike worked with a structural engineer and provided a detailed estimate. He used quality materials and completed my project ontime with no hidden fees or additional costs. His price was lower than other contractors and included a follow-up inspection. I would give him 6 stars if I could.

I had contacted Lux 1st & received a detailed estimate of what needed to be done & how they would do it.After that I got 2 more estimates, they were definitely cheaper. Then I started asking them questions. They could not answer to my satisfaction.That's when I was glad I got the 1st estimate from lux. They explained everything to me in details that I could understand. It really is true that you get what you pay forIt was an absolute delight working with Dex & Mike. They were thinking it would take 2-3 days, but to our surprise they got it all done in just one day. We had a great experience having Mike and his team encapsulate our crawl space and installing the sump pump with drainage system! They were easy to work with, very responsive, and it felt like Mike was on our team the entire time (not just trying to needlessly promote non-required products). Would highly recommend to anyone needing to encapsulate their crawl space!

Mike did a great job, price was better than other companies I got quotes from, high quality materials, great communication and answered all my questions. My 100 year old house will last another 100 years, or at least the foundation will!
