I always provide a detailed estimate upfront, so there are no surprises. 2. Flat Rates for Specific Jobs: For larger or more detailed jobs, such as move-out or deep cleaning, I offer flat rates to ensure you know the full cost upfront. 3. Hourly Rates for Custom Work: For smaller or less defined tasks, I may charge hourly, especially if the scope of work is flexible or evolving. 4. Discounts for Recurring Services: Customers who book regular cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) often qualify for discounts as a thank-you for their ongoing trust. 5. Special Discounts: I occasionally offer discounts for new customers, referrals, or seasonal promotions. 6. Scheduling: Once we agree on the scope of work and pricing, I schedule the cleaning at a time that is convenient for the customer. 4. Preparation: Before the cleaning day, I confirm all details and ensure I have the necessary supplies and tools to complete the job effectively. 5. The Cleaning Process: On the cleaning day, I work systematically, starting with the highest-priority areas, and ensure every detail is addressed. If needed, I provide updates during the process. 6. Walkthrough and Feedback: After the cleaning, I do a walkthrough with the customer (if available) to ensure they’re satisfied.
