Garrett responded very quickly and kept in contact with me to the last minute. He and Dwayne did a great job replacing one board of my wood floor (a more difficult job than doing an entire floor, in my opinion!). They removed the board without damaging surrounding boards, kept the work area clean and removed all the debris, cut a longer board down to fit the space, glued and weighed it down, all in a couple of hours. Can’t wait until it dries! Looks brand new!
