Friendly Services did a great job fixing a cabinet for me. Very nice and professional. (As an added bonus, his company offers discounts for seniors who need grab bars installed-which is such a nice service to our community

The cost was too high. I was charged $150 to be told, in a very nice way, that I have a roof leak but I needed to hire a roofer to fix it. I found a roofer who did not charge for a visit or estimate, through Thumbtack. It was very disappointing.

Invictus Services's reply
I am sad that you felt my advise to use a licensed roofer to fix your roof leak was not worth my time in your attic to discover the cause of your leaking ceiling. I did earn my minimum fee which I clearly have listed and communicated with you about prior to driving out to your home. I did have to army crawl through your attic insulation to find the leak and the cause of it which was in fact not a plumbing leak as you had suspected, but instead what I found was a roof leak which I am not licensed to repair. I can not work on things I am not licensed to repair such as a roof and so I was unable to fix the leak and my only role was to find and diagnose the issue and advise you to find a licensed roofer to complete the repair. I do however appreciate your business and hope your roof gets repaired properly.
