I had Duval Duct out last week to take care of my vents. We had black soot and dust building up around the air vents in the house. The system was new in 2021, but the ducts hadn't been cleaned. The company that put it in was dismissive of my concerns regarding the need for duct cleaning.The tech at Duval Duct was able to find that there was insulation that had delaminated and was exposed inside the air handler, some of it had been chewed up by the blower and stuck in the coils. I was shocked at how dirty my air handler and coils were for being a newer unit. They even painted my vent covers white because they were old and stained-up looking. I was so happy with their service that I signed a maintenance agreement with them so that it doesn't get this bad again. 5 stars, highly recommend

Very thorough, cleaned every piece of our HVAC system including ducts, vents, drain line, and air handler. I was shocked at how much came out given that we take pretty good care of the system. 5 Stars, highly recommend

Duval Duct came to clean my duct work in February and they were outstanding! We moved into a new home at the end of January and the house needed some work. I had spent weeks deep cleaning but my 3 young boys were still having some allergy issues that seemed to be worse in the new house. When Garrett arrived to clean out the duct he was very professional and explained how the kids may have been having a reaction to breathing in the dust, dirt, and whatever else had been sitting in the duct work. I was amazed (and disgusted) with what he cleaned out of our duct! The fact that we had been breathing all that really freaked me out and now I'm telling everyone (especially anyone who lives in an older home) to get their ducts cleaned with Duval Duct! It's 100% worth the low cost to ensure your family isn't breathing in nastiness!!
