- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free estimates and flat rate pricing. I always communicate with the customer before making any repairs to see what the best option for them would be. If an install needs to be done I offer free quotes and reasonably match or beat qualifying offers. I offer discounts to expecting mothers and military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process with working with new customers is most importantly getting their hvac discrepancie taken care of. I like to give the customer options on repairing the system and if need be replacement. I am always up front with pricing before repairs are done to ensure the customer is comfortable with pricing. Once that is good to go we want to build a bond with new customers so they know Gaddy Heating and Air will always be there for their Hvac needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a year of Technical School Training as well as 7 years in the Hvac trade. I am also continuing to pursue other educational achievements.
