The job originally consisted of carpet repair. When the guy got here he up sold me on carpet and upholstery cleaning. It was late in the evening and I asked how long this would take because I don’t want to be up late. He assured me it would only take 45 minutes, hour tops. I agreed. He repaired the carpet and then proceeded to soak my carpet and furniture. There was so much cleaning solution everywhere I had to get towels and soak up the mess so we could walk around without falling. He started to clean the carpet when he announced he was having equipment troubles. He stated he needed to go get gas. I live 4 blks from the gas station. 45 minutes later I started texting and calling. No answer! Finally, Travis returned my call, stated he would track down his worker. He was having problems and they were sending out another truck. At this point it’s 8:45 at night. They stated they would be here shortly to complete the job. I told them no! I was angry i didn’t receive an up date earlier. We agreed to guy would come back at 7 the next morning. At 8, I started calling wanting to know where he was. I ultimately called another company to complete the job the was left by this company. I called the worker back to tell him I didn’t need him complete the job...he hung up on me. Very bad customer service, I won’t be using this company again.
