I had tile installed throughout my home. The work took a little longer then expected but they saw the job through. There were minor touch ups needed afterwards and Dionte came back out and touched them up. In the process he noticed the grout work in my master bathroom could've been a bit more precise and he offered to re-do it without me having to say anything about it. That was great awareness and good customer services.

We had our lights installed and he did an amazing job, he won't stop until it's fixed/installed to perfection as what he did with our chandelier. Very professional as me and my wife made some preparation mistakes but we didn't see even a little bit of complaint from him and that he didn't charge for extra minutes even after working for more than 2 hours as he is more on getting his job neatly done and close to perfection.

I was pleased with the installation of my light fixture and over the range microwave. He had some unexpected issues, because of the initial install by someone else, but the issues were quickly solved. Knowledgeable and fast worker. Thanks, will hire again.

Dionte is very polite, punctual, communicative. I didn't rate my experience highly because 1. The job was left undone after almost 2 hours 2. Didn't have extra supplies like I've seen in the past to avoid delays I wanted 2 shelves installed and a lighting fixtures mounted with some light electrical assembly. For the shelves I asked they were fastened to a stud to give me peace of mind; I was mounting books. After 1.5 hours I only have 1 shelf up, mostly. Great personality but didn't seem experienced enough to give me feedback at the beginning of the project. After I brought up how long it was taken, he then offered some advice. Great personality but I needed a quick install.

I have very reasonable fees and I do work with customers but my pricing is pretty set, I do not give discounts…my work alone speaks for itself.

Making the customer feel comfortable about me and introducing myself to the customer also to make sure I can fulfill the customers needs.
