- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and depend on the size and condition of the area to be cleaned. I always provide a clear, no-obligation quote upfront, no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess the customer's needs, inspect the area to be cleaned, and provide a free quote. If the customer has any questions, I take the time to answer them. Once we agree on the price, we schedule a date, and I make sure they are fully satisfied with the results. At my discretion, a down payment may be required to book the service. This will go toward the final payment and is only non-refundable if the customer cancels less than three days in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience and have trained in safe and effective pressure washing techniques for different surfaces.
