Paulo was on time to the appointment. He fixed a broken hose and replace sprinkler head. He is very polite and professional. UPDATE - On 8/17/2024, Paulo fixed the PVC broken pipe and replaced one sprinkler head for $120. He did not removed the debris in the work area and accidentally cut the electric cable to the landscape lights. The next day I notified him that the sprinkler was leaking again. On 8/22/2024, he returned to verify my claim and to tell me I was incorrect. I showed him the puddle of water from the new sprinkler and informed him about the landscape light not working. He replaced the sprinkler and told me I was mistaken about the landscape light. On 8/28/2024, my electrician showed me the cut cable. I notified Paulo but he continued to claim that he did not cut the cable.

Paulo was very responsive. He even help to slow down the leak in the sprinkler valve before I could schedule the repair. We did have a little hiccup with the scheduled date of service, but Paulo called and the office quickly resolved
