Rebecca and her team at Rustic Meets Chic went above and beyond on my wedding day at the Sea Watch in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. We had an outdoor ceremony on the lawn overlooking the ocean, and they set up a beautiful wooden arch with fresh flowers for the ceremony, along with matching flowers on the lawn and along the chairs in the aisle. She produced a lovely bridal bouquet and groom boutonniere that also matched everything else. After the ceremony, Rebecca repurposed the flowers and set them up on the tables in the reception room. We got many compliments on how beautiful the floral arrangements were and how wonderful they smelled. Everything looked perfect and was just as we asked for. She also knew the venue and how best to set up our flowers. And on top of that, we had an unexpected wrinkle that weekend and Rebecca came through for us and was flexible when our plans changed. I had an unscheduled medical situation two days before the wedding and had to be hospitalized. Everything was up in the air on when I would be discharged and able to get to the Sea Watch that day for the wedding. Rebecca went the extra mile to work around our uncertain, changed timetable, and she ended up putting more time into doing this event than she would have otherwise. Two chairs were put under the arch so that I (and my groom) could sit for most of the ceremony instead of standing under the arch. It still looked beautiful and professional, and we were very happy with how it all turned out. Our guests were very impressed with our beautiful wedding setting as well. Rebecca was professional, courteous, and very flexible in working with us. I would recommend Rustic Meets Chic for any event, but especially for an outdoor wedding ceremony.

Rebecca at Rustic Meets Chic was excellent to work with from the get go. She was responsive and made herself available via phone, text, and for visits to the wedding venue. Rebecca was also great to work with on decorating the hall as she is well versed in flower decor and was able to supply all flowers needed for the henna and wedding party. I would highly recommend checking out her florals business as well!

Rebecca was such an instrumental part of our wedding! We hired her for wedding coordination as well as her team to be the set-up and tear down crew of all things decoration of which we were bringing MOST of it in ourselves. She was responsive and attentive throughout the whole process and dedicated several meetings to the planning, brainstorming and understanding of the vision. We had a theme that involved setting up LOTS of candles and lights and no flowers at all and she was able to accommodate what we imaged and also let us borrow some of her own candles, cases, lanterns and stationary easels. She handled most communications between vendors once the date got closer, and made sure they knew where, when to arrive and that she was the point of contact for all questions. Having her made the last months leading to the event much easier than it would've been on our own, and 100% made the day of run smoother. She is creative, resourceful, practical, very respectful of our wishes and more than anything what was important to me as a bride with 150 people wedding with an unconventional venue is that she was very much a calming presence through all the mishaps that happened and last minute changes from our venue. She handled stressful situations and communications with grace, and was a great sounding board of advice in stressful moments. We HIGHLY recommend her Rebecca to help bring your wedding to life, and be a very important part of the team!

I have high standards; I do not sacrifice quality. A rule of thumb that has always guided me is honesty and a high work ethic. Would I hire me? Absolutely Yes! I offer different packages that will suit various budgets. Happy to always be flexible, and I offer competitive prices.

My work experience at Hewlett Packard for 25 years was primarily managing all the customer-facing events (Marketing). A few were Drupa in Germany (world comprehensive printing fair). Dscoop, VIP Tour Israel Indigo. Internal events were Yearly sales kick-off events in Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil. I also was in charge of the service award ceremony.
