FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing - whether on a freelancing site or on my website - is not set in stone. I understand that everyone has unique needs in their own unique situations, and I am always open to discussing your personal priorities and budget, and I am happy to create a package and price that is custom made just for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I like to get to know their wants, needs, and the way they prioritize those things. Once I have an idea of their wants, needs, and expectations, I can provide them with not only a quote, but a full overview of what to expect from our working relationship. I like to make sure they are fully aware of what the photoshoot is going to be like so that they feel comfortable, confident, and well-prepared. I then remain open by email, text, and phone calls until the day of the shoot, as I understand that more questions or concerns can pop up sometimes. Then, on the day of the shoot, the client and I have already built a great relationship and we can just have a fun, relaxing time at the shoot!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Fine Art at York University in Toronto, Canada where I focused primarily on both film and digital photography and videography. I have continued to train at workshops run by world-renowned photographers and videographers since then, including Jessica Kobeissi and Taylor Jackson. I continue to expand on my expertise every day, most recently by studying and upgrading to mirrorless camera technology.
