We mix her traditional recipes with current food trends to develop dishes that are tasty and full of love. Our family has always had a passion for cooking. This passion is what makes every dish special, personally crafted with the magic Nonna's touch. We always use fresh ingredients, and our kitchen is inspired by world cuisines.

Rosalia's Kitchen provided the catering for a special Office Retirement party at a private home. They were very responsiveness from the first moment I contacted them for a quote through to the delivery and set-up for the event. The food was delicious, and the set up team was courteous and efficient. The food was the big hit of the party. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the party without worrying about the food. I would highly recommend Rosalia's Kitchen for your special event.

We used Rosalia’s Kitchen for an approx. 30 person lunch event where we did a seafood boil. We received rave reviews on the quality of the food!! The team was very professional and timely. Everything was organized and set up perfectly. Would use again/highly recommend.

We customize our menus to accommodate our customers' budgets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a brief phone call to decide what food the client wants for their event, what the theme is and other details. Then, we send them menu options and we finalize it electronically to ensure accuracy. Then, we get busy in the kitchen and deliver the food for their event! :)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When you have an Italian family, the number of mouths to feed is large... So we are innate at feeding tons of hungry people, and we absolutely LOVE it!
