- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a few things: 1. Customer food selections. 2. Guest count. 3. Type of event. 4. Type of service- Drop-Off, Full Service Buffet, Open Buffet or Plated Table Service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Meeting the Customer via phone, email and or in person. 2. Discuss the event details such as date, location, type, guest count. 3. Get budget and menu information. 3. Set up a Taste Test if time allows. 4. Provide Customer with a proposal that include all the servies required for the event as well as the payment options and deposit information. 5. If the Customer decide to hire C & F Catering, I set up an appointment to do a walk-thru of the venue. "THERE'S OPEN COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER THROUGH-OUT THE ENTIRE EVENT."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm have the required Certifications and Insurance for Catering Service in Dade and Broward Counties.
