So the other day a spotted wet spots on my ceiling, and called paradise plumbing to come and take a look . Paradise proceeded to cut one hole sick a tablet in it and take a picture, this cost $300. After receiving a joke of an estimate I called Kipp group plumbing to take a look . Calling Kipp was the best decision of the day , Angel came out early the next morning cut a second hole at no charge and and walked me through all of my issues and my options these guys are super straightforward helpful and understanding a no B.S. approach to doing good business that I truly appreciate. Angel and Kipp are the first call you should be making if you have any plumbing needs

From my 1st conversation on the telephone with Angel Kipp (owner) I knew I was in good hands. Angel recognized that I was in crisis mode with a slab leak and instantly made me feel like I was taking the right 1st step. While I was seriously overwhelmed, he had a plan, he was on time, and he stayed until his triage work was complete (way after hours) He returned promptly the next morning and began the repair work. Every detail of the job at hand was discussed, understood, and agreed upon before during, and after the work was complete. Angel stayed on site with his crew and made himself available for any questions or concerns throughout the job. I strongly recommend Kipp Group Plumbing for any plumbing needs, large or small. A great family owned and operated business that provides outstanding service and professionalism from start to finish. While I hope I never need their services again, I will use them again, 10 out of 10 times.
