Introduction

Every tennis pro has his or her own style of teaching which is good for the sport. Over the years I have been known to be more of a technician and very patient with others. Some of my students were actually tennis coaches themselves and they enjoyed my class as well. I love the outdoors and meeting people and making new friends. Tennis is as much social as it is recreational.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Coach Sands came to my courts in Pembroke Pines on very short notice and proceeded to use a step-by-step approach to help me understand the fundamentals of the serve, and what I could do to improve my game. This guy knows his stuff.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best way to improve your game fast is to hire a private coach, one on one. Group lessons are great for social contact but your game can and usually does get lost in the shuffle. League play is great for intermediate and advance level players but not so much for the beginner who needs more individuallzed instruction.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Tennis has been great to me over the years. I admit that I still do enjoy hitting the ball on court as much as I did and probably even more than over 30 years ago. You just never get too old for this sport and if you do you can spend hours watching it on tv, at parks and at stadium events!
