Needed some drywall work done and clearly stated I need a COI in the original job details. He bid on the job and I gave it to him. At that time, I reminded him I needed a COI. A week later when I wanted to schedule the job, he told me he wouldn't provide it. Did not read the job details and wasted my time. NOT recommended.
