- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $95 service and diagnostic fee. The $95 will be applied to parts and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat new and previous customers the same. i communicate all the way, starting before i arrive . Letting customers when i arrive, and explaining what's going on thru the diagnosis and repair process
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for a company in Pensacola, and realized right away that things could be done way better. So i started my own company and run it with Integrity, determination and simply putting my self in the customers shoes.
