Justin was very professional. He responded to my inquiry immediately, made an appointment & followed up with an email & text regarding the appointment. Justin replaced my defective Genie motor & came back again the following day because I was having trouble programming the wireless remote. I was so happy to meet Brian today when our garage door stopped working. I was able to get a quick appointment for 10:00 and they arrived at 10:15. This is so important to me to recognize my time is important too. They got to work and in no time I had a new motor, opener, remote and new sensors. There is also a state of the art security feature. He even helped my husband move some shelves to access the motor and put them back afterwards. I love the warranty that we got and the price was fantastic. I couldn’t be a happier customer.

Justin promptly responded to our project request and completed the repair work in time. 2. He explained what caused the problem, provide a reasonable quote and quickly got to fixing the issue. Due to a recent lightening strike, one of the electrical gremlins took out my garage door opener. At 3 PM, I called JGD, and Justin got back with me before I even got off the app. After describing the situation, we went through a few troubleshooting tricks to no avail, and said he could have a crew over that afternoon to diagnose it further. Shortly after 4:30 PM, the JGD crew showed up. First they tried a few troubleshooting solutions but nada, so with no other option, the decision was made to replace the motor. It was 15 yrs old and had signed DNR. The crew immediately got to work and within an hour I had the quietest, most efficient garage door opener I've ever witnessed. They even sprayed my door hinges and tracks down with some magic elixir that silenced all the squeaks. Then, much to my relief, they carried away the carcass of the former motor, which was great as I wondered how I was going to get that in the recycle bin. These guys are great, and I have no reservations with recommending them. The price was very fair, and their workmanship exceeded the value of their service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat rate and includes a full service for any repair we do. The door and opener are a system and you can’t simply replace a single part and walk away. Everything needs to be readjusted so it functions properly and is “future proofed” to limit the need for early future repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We educate the customer on their door, how everything works, what we recommend they do for their door and why we recommend it. We give several different repair and service options to best suit the customers budgets and expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of industry experience.
