- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat rate and includes a full service for any repair we do. The door and opener are a system and you can’t simply replace a single part and walk away. Everything needs to be readjusted so it functions properly and is “future proofed” to limit the need for early future repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We educate the customer on their door, how everything works, what we recommend they do for their door and why we recommend it. We give several different repair and service options to best suit the customers budgets and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of industry experience.
