Vandals had broken into our building, stole some copper water lines and broke some of the fittings. Terry was able to determine the issues and repaired or replaced all the necessary parts to get water back on in the building. During his inspection he discovered the toilet had been chipped so he replaced it with a new toilet. He replaced the turn off valves for both sinks and the toilet. All work was done to satisfaction.

I was pleased that he responded quickly to my online request and arrived on time to my home to fix my leaky toilet. He explained in detail what needed to be done to unclog the toilet and the cost.
