- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet with all of my new customers when possible. I spend a good amount of time on my first visit looking over the pool and all the equipment. Making sure all equipment is functioning properly as it should be, filters are up to date and functioning properly, check for leaks, etc...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the pool industry for 9+ Years and have extensive experience and knowledge of both Residential and Commercial pools & pool equipment. (CPO Certified as well)
