After dealing with so many other lawn professionals who either didn’t show up or looked at me as a single woman and priced me with an high escalated quote that was out of the ballpark of reasonable. I truly appreciated the honesty and value and integrity in which this business offered. Fancks services came priced it right on the spot was hired on the spot with a handshake and started working immediately. Out of respect and consideration, I paid them for the month because that’s how businesses survive and should be respected to do business. I will be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors and look forward to building a relationship in the long-term with them.

Josh told me he would be at my home to walk the property and give me an estimate. He was very honest and very fair with his pricing. He came today for our first cut and the grass looks amazing. He is willing to send you pictures if he cuts the lawn and you are not home. Definitely give him a call.
