- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every wedding booking begins with a complimentary over the phone consultation. From there your investment will include your customized wedding day timeline, a walkthrough at the venue, travel expenses, professional editing, sneak peeks, print rights and a personalized online digital gallery where you can view, download, share your wedding day images as well as order prints. Every session, whether wedding or portrait, requires a 25% non-refundable retainer upon contract signing. This retainer holds your session date. Any wedding or event outside of Lee or Collier Counties will include a travel fee. Travel fees are determined by distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss details such as the location, time, and date as well as wardrobe and what your vision is for the session or event. Once all that is pinned down I send all the paperwork electronically - contracts, invoices and questionnaires. If you are booking a wedding we will also discuss a detailed wedding day timeline. I will create a document and we will go over this timeline within a month before your big day. My clients are free to text message me or call if they have any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a long time member of Professional Photographers of America and I am also a part of many local groups and online educational forums. My skills are self taught but I have worked with some of the best in the biz learning along the way.
