FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with a preliminary phone call to learn more about you and how I can make this the best experience ever for you! After the first call we will schedule a date to make the photo magic happen. After the photo session and once the photos are edited which is disclosed during the initial phone call I sit down with you and do a live presentation of the photos to complete the experience for you and answer any questions you may have.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this work because I never liked being in front of the camera—I always thought I wasn’t photogenic. But as I got into photography, I began to gain confidence and started to see myself differently. I realized being “photogenic” wasn’t about fitting an ideal, but about embracing who I truly am. That shift allowed me to discover and express myself, both behind and in front of the camera.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you’re looking for someone in my line of work, my best advice is to seek out a photographer whose style and vision resonate with you. Take the time to look at their portfolio and see if their work reflects the kind of mood, storytelling, or aesthetic you want to capture. Communication is key—find someone who listens to your ideas, understands your needs, and makes you feel comfortable. Trust and collaboration are essential, so choose a photographer who not only has technical skill but also makes you feel seen and valued in the process.
