- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am understanding to everyone’s situations and job details. Doesn’t hurt to talk through the cost and set standards. Most importantly understanding why my cost are what they are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost doing a walk through or a call about their expectations and a price. Then making sure the job is done correctly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’d have to say my training come from being so OCD in my own home.
