- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact: Introduce yourself and the company. 2. Needs Assessment: Understand the customer's needs and preferences. 3. Site Visit: Take measurements and photos of the job site. 4. Proposal: Present a detailed proposal or quote in person or over the phone. 5. Acceptance: A 50% deposit is required, and materials are ordered. 6. Permitting: Handle the permit process with local municipalities (3-8 weeks). 7. Follow-Up: Address questions and provide an installation date after permit issuance. 8. Safety Check: Schedule Sunshine 811 for underground utility prevention. 9. Installation: Complete installation with regular updates, managed by the owner. 10. Post-Installation: Conduct a walkthrough and provide maintenance tips. 11. Final Payment: Pay the remaining 50% immediately after job sign-off.
