pricing will be determined by many factors, including, but not limited to; food, staffing, rentals, caliber of event, etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
determine size, occasion, location of event. followed by menu planning. securing a date with deposit. then carrying out event as scheduled. i try to make it as easy as possible for the client, including sample menus, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
being in the business 14 years consecutively and working with not only great chefs, but the best companies around, i decided to dive into the market providing service and food at the highest standards. even for small parties, will i strive to exceed expectations of the client.
