FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Two Chicks and a Dream, we believe in being transparent and fair with our pricing. Every project is unique, so our rates are based on the size of the space, the scope of work, and the amount of time and support needed. We offer both hourly and package rates to give our clients flexibility and value based on their goals. We also love rewarding our clients! We regularly offer seasonal specials, referral discounts, and bundle pricing for multi-room or full-home projects. First-time clients often qualify for introductory offers, and we’re always happy to discuss ways to make organizing more affordable without sacrificing quality. Ultimately, we want our services to feel like a smart investment — not just in your space, but in your peace of mind. We’re happy to walk you through pricing during your consultation and work within your comfort zone to create a plan that works for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our process is all about creating a personalized and stress-free experience from start to finish. We begin with a complimentary consultation — either in person or virtually — to get to know you, understand your goals, and assess the space. From there, we develop a customized plan that fits your lifestyle, needs, and budget. Next, we schedule hands-on sessions where we work side-by-side (or independently, if you prefer) to declutter, organize, and implement functional systems that are easy to maintain. Throughout the process, we provide guidance, support, and a judgment-free approach. We also offer tips, resources, and even product recommendations to keep things flowing smoothly. Once everything is in place, we do a final walkthrough together to make sure you’re completely satisfied and confident in your newly organized space. Our goal is not just to tidy up — it’s to transform your home into a place that brings clarity, comfort, and joy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While our foundation began with personal experience and a shared passion for creating peaceful, functional spaces, we’ve continued to grow our skills through hands-on experience and ongoing education in the organizing field. Over the years, we’ve completed numerous full-home transformations, worked with clients in all stages of life — from new parents to downsizing retirees — and developed systems that are not only practical but sustainable. We’ve studied organizing principles, time management strategies, and space optimization techniques, and we stay current on industry trends and tools to best serve our clients. More importantly, each project has deepened our understanding of how emotional and personal the process of decluttering can be. We combine compassion, professionalism, and a deep respect for each client’s journey to create spaces that truly support their lifestyle and well-being.
