Chef Aundre created an unforgettable dining experience for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with a superb surf and turf meal. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The presentation was elegant, and the flavors were absolutely divine. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The seafood was fresh and expertly seasoned, providing the perfect complement to the steak. Chef Aundre’s attention to detail and professionalism made the evening truly special. I had the pleasure of being served by Chef Aundre and Chef Jamari for my best friends 30th birthday dinner and everything was phenomenal. We got WAY more than we were expecting and the birthday girl was truly blown away. The food was to die for! We are a group of tough, island blood critics and I literally have nothing negative to say. Whenever we come to Miami, we will be booking with Chef Aundre. If you want delicious food and a beautiful aesthetic for ambiance and picture purposes, let Hibiscus Catering take care of you.

I hired Chef Aundre to cater for a surprise party on a yacht and this chef went beyond my expectations. His food is well season and tasty. He did lamb chops and stuffed shrimp, the lamb chops was so tender the guests were asking for seconds. He is very punctual he arrived on time to set up and he is very very professional in his work ethics. He is a little expensive but it is worth Every penny. If you need the best I guess you have to pay for it. I highly recommend Chef Aundre. He is a 10/10 for me. Invite his to cater at any event as well as cook in your home. He is the best. One more thing, I have him cooked vegan ribs and brown stew chicken for my boss and my boss said it’s the best food he ate since he’s been a vegan. All the best to you in hiring Chef Aundre.
