He came out the same day that I called to replace the rollers to vinyl rollers. I had just had a new opener installed by different company. Sunset noticed that the garage door was very heavy and said it would wear out the plastic gear in the new opener in 2-3 years. He recommended adjusting the tension springs for an additional fee and it solved the issue. The other company should have caught this when they replaced the opener. Happy with the outcome.

I was extremely satisfied with Sunset Garage for several reasons. First of all it was very difficult to get my HOA to approve of the door and Nor kept helping me to submit the proper forms they kept requesting until I was able to get approval. The garage door was priced a little below other estimates I got which worked out great for me. The door came in on time and was installed efficiently and is working perfectly. Everything was delivered as promised. Highly recommend. Thanked
