- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should be informed of all costs associated with their pest control service. This includes the initial service or installation fee, as well as the ongoing cost of any maintenance plan. While one-time services are available, pest control professionals cannot guarantee their long-term effectiveness in the same way that a maintenance plan can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to identify the customer's concerns. Then, we create a targeted treatment plan to address current issues or provide preventative measures. Once initial service is complete, we transition to a maintenance plan to maintain the protective barrier created around your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified with the state to be able to complete Pest Control services.
