- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of the prices depends of the jobs and exigencies, if you contracted me for 1 job and then you want an extra definitely I’ll give you a good price including discounts. If you do your first job with me and other day you need me you’ll receive the 15% discount about your next project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact to the customer and make an appointment to see the job, right there I’ll see in person all of the information about the job, then I make numbers about all of the exigencies then I make a proposal I’ll send it to the customer the customer takes a look we make a contract services explaining all of the job process, then we coordinate to do the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working a lot with customer services and support, I studied arts, and when I arrived to the city I learned the job thanks to my family and by myself, so the construction services plus to my customer services experience, my creativity and my artistic skills mades my life style as “Reesh creative processes”
