Amazing! Cant recommend highly enough. Called when en route. Showed up on time. Assessed the situation quickly and didnt try to hard sell. They removed ripples from the carpet that were a trip and fall hazard for my mom then cleaned the carpet beautifully. I was so happy with the first room that I asked them to do another and then another. Stains that others said they couldnt remove are gone. Friendly, professional, and clearly know what they are doing. Very happy!

Word of Mouth Carpet Restorations did an outstanding job for us. We had a last-minute request to stretch the carpet in two hallways of our hotel, each measuring 250 feet long. Laura was incredibly prompt in returning our call and arranged for a team to come out the same day to provide an estimate. They even scheduled the work within a week. The team stretched and repaired the carpets, making them look fantastic. We are extremely grateful for their service and the quality of their work.

If I can give more than 5 stars I would. 5 from me and 5 from my husband. The 2 gentleman that came to my apartment yesterday were so nice, explained everything while they worked, and were so quick. My carpet was in need of some work due to my dog and cat and within 30-40 minutes they made the carpet in my apartment bedroom look brand new! Thank you so much!! My husband and I are extremely satisfied with your work.
