- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide high quality of service with no hidden fees. We provide free estimates for all our services and are transparent so that you will know every small detail of the quote, and is itemized in the invoice. TV Mounting: $125 average cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive the order, our team will answer your requests within minutes. When we receive our customer's confirmation on the quote and the availability, our professional technicians will be notified and will arrive at the customer's location in the agreed timeframe that was scheduled. Prolinxs Appointment Policy: Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation, you must contact us within 48 hours of the installation timeframe. Last minute cancellation is subject to a missed appointment fee of $75 Missed Appointment: A non-refundable missed appointment fee of $75.00 will be charged to your credit card on file. If our technician is not able to access the location or unable to reach the customer after 3 attempts at the scheduled appointment time. Haul away or Moving Service: We do not provide any haul away or moving services of your provided equipment. Please make sure your item is already in the room/place where the installation is before the appointment. If your item needs moving and therefore leads to the cancellation of the appointment, it will lead to a cancellation charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have standard background checks; they are professional, skilled, efficient, and respectful. They wear masks, gloves, and shoe covers, and they have been briefed on CDC guidelines.
