Horrible experience with Brian. Rented property knowing gators behind it after telling him of small children will dwell there (he will lie). Robbed me of my security deposit after returning rental property in much better condition than given to me. Gave it to me dirty and full of bugs. It was do bad he had to get the office manager to come clean it. I left that property immaculate and he still managed to rape me of my deposit with bogus claims. Do NOT trust or do business with these people. RUN!Just look at the replies to the dissatisfied customers. He points fingers and places blame versus acting like a reputable business owner. Don't even bother replying to this as I don't want to hear it! I'll deal with this legally. It ain't over!

Let’s be real here for a moment because this review by a former resident written six months after the tenancy ended is way overboard and is absent of a few key details. This is Florida, there are sharks in the ocean, mosquitoes in the air, lizards on the ground, snakes in your backyard and there is the basic assumption that every pond has an alligator. We will never tell a resident (or prospective resident) none of these exist. As for the other complaints, unfortunately, yes . . . we have to claim security deposit funds sometimes when residents do not fulfill their obligations. Of course, no one likes this, and we do not either. But it is necessary and done very fairly. In this case housekeeping, carpet cleaning, a new microwave, removal of an unauthorized satellite dish and remediation of a distressed yard had to be addressed. Just because you do not like the answer, does not mean it is wrong, unfair, a person is lying and most certainly does not need to be put into the context of the vilest and most heinous act that can be inflicted on a woman. If you are a current resident or a prospective new one reading this, please know the fact you are here doing your due diligence already means you will have a successful tenancy. Upon move out, my husband and I spent $200 for professional cleaning. We were surprised to see another $250 taken out of our security deposit. I believe what defines a great company is not one that never fails, but on the integrity to admit a mistake and the character to make things right. After leaving a review of our experience with Nest Tenders, the owner reached out to us with a commitment to investigate the matter. Within 24 hours my husband and I received a sincere apology for our experience as well as a refund of the money that was initially withheld from our deposit. The owner assured us this was a learning opportunity for the team to improve their processes and correct mistakes. I appreciate the genuine and timely response we received. That is rare to find in business today.
