The icemaker needed to be replaced. John came last week, right on time, checked things out and called me that day with the price. He called me this morning (5-9), said the part was in, and he could come today between 10 & l2 and fix it. He was right on time again and very soon had things working again. He was very friendly, the work went well, and quickly. The final price was just what he said it would be. And, just as important, he liked the dog! I would not hesitate to call Appliance Doctors again if any of our appliances needed fixing. Thanks for a great job.
