While looking for estimates to replace our windows and back door, my wife and I were came across EcoView and decided to give them a call. We were sold immediately! We are thrilled with the product we got but I can confidently say that Shannon was almost *exclusively* the reason we closed the deal with EcoView. He listened to what we were looking for, laid out all the options, gave us his opinion on the best quality for value, kept our budget in mind, and demonstrated that he is willing to stand behind the products he sells. In an environment all about the numbers, Shannon had the one thing no other sales rep had from any company we looked at: Shannon was human.
