Here are the claims he made and my responses: Claim of $600 payment: This is incorrect. The client received a 20% discount and paid $480, not $600. Claim of unusable footage and lack of audience capture: This is also inaccurate. We captured the speaker in full view with clear audio throughout the event, as shown in this example link to imgur. Claim of a 2-hour event: The event spanned 2 hours across two separate days, and he received two full-length videos of his speeches. Claim of irrelevant shots (e.g., ears, nose, furniture): We focused on capturing his full-body presence as well as the room where he was speaking, highlighting his speaking skills effectively.
